The free trial
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. It converts to a paid subscription at the end of day seven unless you cancel first. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing and you keep access until it ends.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel any time from the Billing page in your studio. Your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for, then stops renewing — no notice period, no cancellation fee, and your library of finished films stays downloadable for 30 days after the end date.
Refunds
If the service did not work for you, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that month in full — no explanation needed. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 working days. Charges older than 14 days are not refunded, but you can still cancel to stop the next one.
Failed or duplicate charges
Send us the date and amount through the contact form and we will find it on our side. Duplicate charges are refunded in full.
