This policy explains what AutoVid Hub collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, login method), the subjects and posting times you choose, records of the films we make for you and where they were published, and limited metrics on how those posts performed. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which collects your card and billing details directly — we store only the plan, status and provider reference.
Connected social accounts
When you connect a social account, we store the account name and an access token so we can publish on your behalf. We use it only to publish your films and read their performance. Disconnecting an account deletes the stored token.
How we use it
To deliver the service: choosing subjects, making films, publishing them, keeping your library, handling billing and answering support messages. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your content to train models we do not control.
Sharing
We share data with the providers that make the service work — payment processing, media generation, hosting and the social platforms you connect. Each receives only what its task needs.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account and content deleted. Ask through the contact form and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. We do not use advertising cookies.
